At Vishram Home Linen, we take great care in packing and quality-checking every order. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet expectations, please review the policy below.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product received is defective or damaged.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos highlighting the issue

  • Once approved and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 working days

Returns for Other Reasons

For any return requests raised due to reasons other than defects (such as change of mind, preference issues, or ordering errors), refunds will not be issued.

Such return requests are eligible only if raised within 7 days of delivery.

Instead:

  • A credit note will be provided for the eligible amount

  • Credit notes can be used for future purchases on www.vishramhomelinen.com

  • Credit notes are non-transferable and valid for a limited period (as communicated at the time of issuance)

Conditions for Eligibility

All returns (refunds or credit notes) must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Any item showing signs of use, washing, or mishandling will not be eligible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Customized or altered items

How to Raise a Return Request

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or videos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days.
